Like many forgiveness practices, I will give you some forms of meditation for forgiveness. However, forgiveness is one of the best qualities for anyone even in a difficult situation. Bring yourself to the present moment, and forget your negative thoughts.

Let go of your pain, suffering, and sadness to find happiness and love.

Forgot all negative feelings in your life and find forgiveness in yourselves even those who hurt and suffer you. By the way, for ACOA daily Meditation it is very important part.

How to do forgiveness meditation?

Earlier we already said there are various forms of forgiveness meditation. I will share some of the steps that might help you.

Step-1: Sit in a comfortable place, you can sit on a chair, floor, or lying down. Whatever your choice, make sure you are satisfied with the seat.

Step 2: Be aware of your breath, keep concentrating inhaling through your mouth and exhaling through your nose. You do not need to count your breath, simply follow a pattern that mostly feels comfortable for you.

Step 3: Then, You should start to be aware Throughout your whole body. Notice that you can feel every internal and external movement.

More Important Tips: Step (4-6)

Step 4: Now, bring full attention to your thoughts as they come and go over and over again. Attention each thought as a short event. Think of your idea as the sky and your thoughts as passing through the clouds. Just know not to be them.

Step-5: when all set to go, bring all the emotions that you have. Notice all the anger and frustration you feel. Pay attention to how your heart and mind feel about this emotion.

Step 6: Attention back to your breathing. Attentively follow your breadth as it is in and out of your body. Then, start a journey through your body. Give enough relaxation  to your muscles and be positive to let it go. Bring forgiveness and bring attention to your body.

Step-7: Now, bring your mind to what you have to forgive. Whether it was your mistake or someone intentionally hurt you, become aware of what and who hurt you and you have not forgiven. Now, if it is a person, say their actual name and then bring your attention to say I forgive you. However, if it is yours, simply say: I have repented of everything in  past and present.

2. Compassion meditation is an integral part of ACOA daily meditation

When someone is addicted to alcohol, there are many reasons why a child is addicted to drugs. Mostly, It happens when a child is born into a dysfunctional family and does not receive sufficient treatment from the family. You have received the worst behaviour from your father and mother. ACA or ACOA provides a safe environment that allows children to grow up in a peaceful and happy environment. Besides, ACOA compassion meditation helps you to be sympathetic to others. I will describe details about compassion meditation.

Feel the person who is very close to you, who has a huge amount of love. Note how this love feels in your heart. If you feel warmth and kindness, look around your heart [more than 9 minutes]. For ACOA daily Meditation, it is essential part.

Continue your breathing and realize your feelings as your visualization of love for your favorite one. I thought the golden light reached you and kept them happy and peaceful.

Then, think of a time when this person is suffering. Maybe they experience the difficulty and pain of their life and relations [more than 14 minutes].

Note how you feel when this person is suffering, also notice how your heart feels. Do you have the same sensations or do they change? Whether you continue to feel warmth, emotionalism, and openness[10 minutes].

How to do daily meditation on compassion?

There are many types of meditation and you need to choose the best that suits you. Compassion meditation is the meditation that silently repairs certain phrases that express the intention of difference or unwillingness to understand.

step 1: Begin to sit in a comfortable position. You may sit on a chair or floor and you can also lie down. For ACOA daily Meditation, it is very important.

Step 2: close your eyes, silently and  open your eyes. Select someone who cares about you already, perhaps, he/his very inspirational to you. You can visualize this person and try to find his/her name for yourself, get a feeling for her/his presence. Also, You should try to say that you may be free of sorrow, pain, and ache. May you be happy and open-minded.

Step 3: Passing through a few minutes, bring your attention inward and be compassionate to yourselves. The phrase is ” May I be free of grief and sorrow”.

Step-4: Now bring someone you could find a difference to look at them. Get your feelings for the person. Now bring attention to someone whom you have not met before. Even if you know nothing about human beings you will get a sense of this unknown person.

3. Positivity meditation

ACOA daily meditation is very essential for alcoholic children who are born and grow up in dysfunctional families. Therefore positivity meditation is important.

Besides, there are many benefits that you can adopt in your life to become a positive frame of mind. The whole earth will raise their hands and help you if you stay positive. It is very difficult for you to attract good things into your life if you are in a negative frame of mind and always think negatively. If you are always negative and always associate with negative people, you will fall in life. So, it will be vital for you to overcome all the negativity in your life and stay positive.

How to do daily meditation of positivity?

simply Spending some time and effort, trying to stay positive all the time in a day can be easily achieved. All that is required is to spend a few times (9-16) minutes a day cultivating positivity. First, Know the meaning of what is positive thinking. You have to be happy and in a delightful mood all day to be positive-minded.

Step 1: Let’s start by finding a comfortable position, Sit down or lie down whatever your choice. Now, Take a deep breath through your nose, as a result, your lungs are filled with air. Hold it for a few seconds and exhale through your mouth which helps you release stress and tension.

Step 2: Then, you have to take another deep breath in. You may feel the chest expand as you inhale. Hold it for a few seconds and as the first step, you exhale your breath. If you have negative thoughts and emotions, you should let them go.

Step 3: One more time you must take as deep a breath as possible, and exhale it slowly. The feeling of relaxation and cheerfulness.

Step 4: Now, imagine a bright light shining on you, bringing you all the happiness and it will support you to be warm and comfortable. Also, ACOA daily Meditation is very effective by this part.
